Having held numerous senior leadership roles, Dale is a well-practiced consultant, and brings over 15 years’ experience in the environmental services industry. His diverse skill set across environmental science, occupational hygiene, project management, business coaching, strategy and planning, and talent development has enabled Dale to grow Scaada Group from a small, humble start-up to a medium-size enterprise, delivering tailored solutions to a vast range of clients Australia wide.

Dale has a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines governing the environmental sector and is recognised as a growing industry thought leader in this space. Cal Broad

As Scaada’s Head of Operations, Cal Broad is instrumental in steering the company’s operational strategies and processes. He leads the Scaada Environmental & Sustainability division, ensuring that each aligns with the company’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

Cal brings over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, combined with a background as a small business owner-operator. His deep understanding of operational dynamics and his hands-on approach are key to optimising performance and driving success. A proud Geelong local, Cal is dedicated to fostering sustainable practices and delivering impactful solutions that benefit both the environment and the community.

Darcy Lang

Darcy Lang, Scaada’s Head of Growth & New Business, is a key pillar behind the company’s growth and innovation. With a passion for people, operations, and shaping a sustainable future, Darcy’s journey spans diverse sectors, giving him a keen eye for business strategy and dynamics. He also leads the Balanced Solutions team, further driving Scaada’s commitment to sustainability.

Boasting seven years within the AFL system and two years in the disability sector, Darcy brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His ability to navigate complexities and foster collaboration, combined with his emotional intelligence and communication skills, distinguishes him as a leader. Darcy’s dynamic interpersonal approach is instrumental in driving successful outcomes across all facets of the business.

Cameron Shepherd

As Scaada’s Head of People & Culture, Cameron Shepherd is dedicated to aligning the company’s organisational culture with its business objectives to drive performance and growth.
He provides strategic leadership in employee development, talent management, organisational design, and well-being, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures to mitigate employment risks. With 17 years of experience in HR and People & Culture across the UK, Europe, and Australia, Cameron has led organisational change projects, crafted workplace culture for major global firms, and built HR programs from the ground up in SMEs.
His expertise in leadership training, facilitation, and coaching is essential in nurturing and developing Scaada’s talent pool, from frontline staff to middle management.

Zoe Endrei

As Scaada’s Business Manager, Zoe Endrei plays a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial operations while ensuring seamless day-to-day management. With a strong focus on strategic oversight and financial expertise, Zoe’s responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, and providing critical financial insights to the leadership team. In addition to overseeing business operations, procurement, and resource management, she works closely with various departments to optimize processes and drive growth.

Before joining Scaada, Zoe was a Finance Analyst for a high-net-worth business owner in Geelong. She is also currently pursuing a Commerce degree, further strengthening her expertise in the field.
