Kardinia International College – S-Wing Upgrade

Project Scope

The SCAADA project and construction team recently completed construction works on the S-Wing upgrade at Kardinia International College. The focus of the project was to refurbish and upgrade the existing fit-out while remaining true to our client's progressive sustainable ethos.The team replaced the old windows, roofing panels within the corridors upstairs as well as removed and restored the downstairs common area making it more accessible for on-site users. SCAADA Group also worked hard to refurbish the existing staircases to a near new quality, given the history associated with the site, it was important for our client to have the staircase refurbished and not replaced. 

Project Outcome

SCAADA Group were able to successfully deliver the upgrades to the ‘S-Wing’ within restricted timelines due to school terms. SCAADA completed the project within budget while adhering to the tight timelines set all while achieving the client's sustainable KPIs.

SCAADA Group continues to have an ongoing relationship with Kardinia International College, with the team completing a range of environmental, project management and construction projects.
