Darlington Wind Farm – Darlington, Victoria
Scaada Environmental (a leader in Australian air quality monitoring companies) were engaged by Global Power Generation Australia Pty Ltd (GPG) to complete an Air Quality Assessment in accordance with EPA Victoria (EPAV) publication 1961 (2022a) Guideline for Assessing and Minimising Air Pollution in Victoria as part of the proposed wind farm development located in Darlington, Victoria.
GPG requested an Air Quality Assessment in order to address a number of matters listed within the Draft Scoping Requirements. The proposed Darlington Wind Farm project consists of 45 proposed wind turbines with supporting infrastructure, occupying an area of approximately 5,000 ha located between Mortlake (west) and Darlington (east) on either side of the Hamilton Highway, comprising ten different land holdings (the ‘site’).
Air Quality Assessment Report issued to GPG and verified for project use by relevant stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
