The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Be a leader within Scaada’s Occupational Hygiene division
- Chair strategic discussions and contribute to high-level decisions
- Oversee our larger complex projects
- Scope, quote, and deliver high-value consulting engagements
- Provide expert guidance on the OHS Act and Regulations in Victoria
- Innovate monitoring and analytical data capture methodologies
- Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning
Who You Are
- A nationally recognised expert in occupational hygiene
- Deeply knowledgeable in broad-scale occupational hygiene fields, potentially including but not limited to asbestos, microbials, and human health risk management
- Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring emerging talent
- Comfortable navigating regulatory frameworks and client expectations
- Passionate about making a difference in the workplace and the wider community
- Ready to contribute to a values-driven organisation with a bold vision
