Having dedicated two decades to the field of Education, Tony’s profound experience has equipped him to excel in high-level leadership positions, overseeing cohorts of over 700 individuals. This extensive background has fostered Tony’s development of a diverse and distinctive skill set, encompassing communication, leadership, management, finance, human resources, change management, culture, and education. His adaptable disposition underscores his ability to effectively apply these skills across various domains.

Fiona Lindsay

Scaada Group is fortunate enough to have Fiona Lindsay, a highly accomplished and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), as our Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry, Fiona embraces this role like no other. Her journey in the accounting field began at Pitcher Partners Melbourne in Private Clients, followed by 13 years in the retail finance in Geelong and the Surf Coast.

Her talents extended beyond corporate finance, as she also established and managed a private family office, which handled businesses, investments, and other various assets of a high net wealth family.

With Fiona’s wealth of experience, qualifications, and genuine passion for finance and accounting, Scaada is confident that she will play a pivotal role in driving our financial success and growth. Her impressive track record and multifaceted skills make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Joe Mclean

Dale Smith

Dale is the Founder and Executive Director of Scaada Group. He is an advocate of positive leadership, creating a culture of inclusiveness, collaboration, transparency and personal development across the organisation.

Having held numerous senior leadership roles, Dale is a well-practiced consultant, and brings over 15 years’ experience in the environmental services industry. His diverse skill set across environmental science, occupational hygiene, project management, business coaching, strategy and planning, and talent development has enabled Dale to grow Scaada Group from a small, humble start-up to a medium-size enterprise, delivering tailored solutions to a vast range of clients Australia wide.

Dale has a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines governing the environmental sector and is recognised as a growing industry thought leader in this space. Darcy Lang

Darcy Lang, Scaada’s Head of Growth & New Business, is a key pillar behind the company’s growth and innovation. Alahria Smith

As Scaada’s Marketing Manager, Alahria Smith oversees marketing, advertising, brand development, and business development support across all business units, ensuring cohesive strategies throughout the company.
Drawing on her extensive experience in roles such as Operations Coordinator and Business Administrator at Scaada, as well as her time as a Gym Manager where she honed her marketing skills, Alahria brings a well-rounded and adaptable skill set to her role. Patrick Crawford

Zoe Endrei

As Scaada’s Business Manager, Zoe Endrei plays a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial operations while ensuring seamless day-to-day management. With a strong focus on strategic oversight and financial expertise, Zoe’s responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, and providing critical financial insights to the leadership team. In addition to overseeing business operations, procurement, and resource management, she works closely with various departments to optimize processes and drive growth.

Before joining Scaada, Zoe was a Finance Analyst for a high-net-worth business owner in Geelong. She is also currently pursuing a Commerce degree, further strengthening her expertise in the field.

Jacob Bennett

Jacob is the Scaada Operations Manager – Environmental, with just on 10 years’ experience in the civil construction, environmental and waste management industry from resourcing, sales, account management and business development, having a strong passion for sales and business he is committed to building strong and lasting relationships within the industry.

In his role Jacob works with our current, future, and internal clients to listen and create solutions that keep their projects moving accordingly and to meet environmental requirements within the EPA’s rules and regulations. With a great interest in landfill, remediation, and contaminated waste management, he has worked on a variety of brownfield, greenfield and landfill sites with different types of technologies.

Jacob is charged with overseeing the daily operations and scheduling of the business in the environmental and occupational hygiene to ensure that the team is on track with meeting clients timelines and budgeted costs. Paul Moloney

With over two decades of dedicated experience as an Environmental Professional, Paul Moloney brings a wealth of expertise and a hands-on approach to environmental management. His extensive background spans various industries, including mining, energy, construction, waste management, and natural resources.

Paul excels in the development and implementation of environmental management systems, ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory standards. His proficiency extends to overseeing site health and safety measures while managing EPA license compliance in mining and heavy industries. He has successfully spearheaded monitoring and sampling programs and excels in various forms of environmental reporting.

Having navigated through diverse projects in harsh environments, Paul is well-versed in managing relationships with external consultants, government agencies, stakeholders, and local communities. His expertise in fostering community relations is a testament to his dedication to holistic environmental solutions.

Educationally, Paul holds a Diploma of Applied Science in Conservation Ecology and boasts a suite of certifications ranging from CPR and First Aid to Construction Induction, displaying his commitment to professional growth and staying updated with industry standards.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Paul’s adventurous spirit led him to travel extensively during his younger years, exploring the landscapes of the UK, Ireland, Canada, and various European countries. His passion for staying active through sports like Aussie rules and tennis remains, alongside activities like mountain biking, running, and surfing when he manages to escape the bustling family life for some well-deserved downtime in nature.

Rebecca Fielding

Meet Rebecca Fielding, our dedicated Administration Support at Scaada. With a rich background in entrepreneurship and a passion for supporting others, Rebecca brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to our team.

Previously, Rebecca was the proud owner of Quicktan Studio, where she honed her expertise in hair extensions for over 16 years. Her journey led her to her dream job as an Admin Support at Scaada, where she thrives in assisting with administrative tasks and helping her colleagues develop new skills.

Beyond her professional life, Rebecca is a compassionate soul with a heart for giving back. She finds fulfillment in traveling to Indonesia, where she and her family donate stationary items to an orphanage in Denpasar that cares for children with special needs.

Rebecca’s love for her family shines brightly, as she proudly supports her two daughters who are cheerleaders, with the eldest being part of the International Team. She delights in witnessing their growth, as they acquire new skills and confidence while competing in the sport they love.

In addition to being a devoted mother, Rebecca finds time for her own passions. She organizes and actively participates in a competitive moms’ hip-hop and pom team, showcasing her dance skills on the floor alongside her talented daughters.

Keidan Rayner

Keidan Rayner, a Project Manager at Scaada, brings valuable insights into the construction and property industry through his involvement in Personal Property Developments within his family. Keidan’s passion for engaging with new people and the dynamic nature of the construction/property sector drives his interest in the Project Management role at Scaada, a company renowned for its diverse workforce and versatile capabilities.

In addition to his professional experience, Keidan’s diverse life journey includes involvement with the St Marys Football Club, sales and management roles at Rebel Sport, and pursuing higher education at Deakin University. His adventurous spirit has taken him to various destinations in Australia and the United States, engaging in activities such as participating in the Geelong Racing Club, boating, fishing, and exploring real estate.

Isabella Searle

Isabella Searle, one of our Project Administrator’s at Scaada, is a dynamic and determined professional who brings a refreshing blend of strength, dedication, and humor to our team. With her extensive background and multifaceted skill set, she’s a driving force behind our mission to provide safe and sustainable solutions in the environmental and construction industries.

In addition to her role at Scaada, Isabella is the proud owner of her own company, “The Barwon Scoop,” showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovation.

Her contributions extend beyond the corporate world. Isabella has also served as the National Training Coordinator for CISV AUSTRALIA, a global not-for-profit organization fostering leadership and active citizenship in young participants worldwide. This experience has honed her exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Isabella’s journey includes time as a Key Holder and Team Member in the Print & Copy Department at OFFICEWORKS, where she gained valuable retail and management experience. Her tenure there reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence and her ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

She seamlessly blends her experiences in both the private and not-for-profit sectors, enhancing her analytical prowess and providing evidence-based guidance on complex policies and projects aligned with organizational priorities. Simon Blanch

Meet Simon, a dedicated and experienced WHS Consultant at SCAADA. With a rich and diverse work history, Simon has honed his expertise in occupational health and safety.

Simon’s journey began in the UK, where he worked as a Consultant for Lucion Environmental and later as an Asbestos Manager for Stockton Borough Council. He then joined Noel Arnold and Associates – Greencap, where he served as a Senior Consultant from 2008 to 2015. Simon’s passion and dedication led him to IRISC, where he took on the role of Team Leader from 2015 to 2018. Subsequently, he returned to Greencap in 2018 as a Principal Consultant before moving to Tetra Tech Coffey in 2020, where he excelled as a WHS Associate until the present day.

Simon’s qualifications are a testament to his commitment to his field. He holds a prestigious Licensed Asbestos Assessor certification (NSW) LAA001113 and is well-versed in P402 BOHS Building Surveys and bulk sampling for Asbestos. Additionally, he is a NATA Signatory for Fibre identification and counting of Asbestos, demonstrating his expertise in this specialized area. Simon’s qualifications also extend to Supervisory management of Asbestos, showcasing his leadership skills.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Simon has a rich life experience. He is a proud father of one and hails from the North East of England, County Durham, known as the Land of the Prince Bishops. However, he made a life-changing decision to move to Brisbane in 2008 and later settled in Geelong in 2012. Simon’s dedication to the community is evident through his involvement in sports. He is the President of the Masters Summer League (Soccer) for over 35’s in Geelong, using the platform to raise awareness for Mental Health in older men. Furthermore, he serves as a soccer coach for the senior women’s team at Barwon SC, with a notable achievement of winning the State Vic Country Champions title.

With a blend of professional expertise and a heart for community engagement, Simon stands out as an exemplary WHS Consultant, committed to promoting safety, health, and well-being in both workplaces and communities alike.

Mitch O'Neill

Meet Mitchell, one of our Environmental Consultants at Scaada! With 3 years of invaluable experience in contaminated land management, Mitch is an indispensable asset to our team. His expertise in Environmental Project Management, alongside his proficiency in crafting Detailed Site Investigations and Environmental Site Assessments, ensures that our projects are executed with the utmost precision and compliance.

Mitch has been able to work seamlessly under the supervision of EPA Appointed Auditors. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest environmental standards make him an essential part of our mission to create a sustainable future. Not only that, Mitch is an exceptional person with great leadership and team skills.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mitch’s passion for sports and community involvement adds a unique dimension to his character. As a Women’s Cricket Coach, he not only shares his love for the game but also contributes positively to empowering individuals through sports. His dedication to community development is further exemplified by his 3-year tenure as a committee member at a local cricket club.

When he’s not managing environmental projects or coaching cricket, Mitch can be found actively participating in various team sports, showcasing his team spirit and fostering strong bonds both on and off the field.

Mitch holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science, which serves as the foundation for his knowledge and expertise in the field. His constant pursuit of growth and his ability to combine professional excellence with community engagement make him an invaluable member of the SCAADA family.

Dion Robertson

Dion, one of our talented Environmental Consultant who has been a valuable member of the Scaada team since January 2022. Dion’s diverse experiences and passion for the environment make him a true asset to our organization.

Before joining Scaada, Dion embarked on unique adventures, demonstrating his dedication to learning and personal growth. He spent time as a Tomato Harvester from November 2018 to March 2019, gaining firsthand experience in the agricultural sector. Following that, from November 2017 to January 2019, he worked with GrainCorp Ltd, further expanding his knowledge in the industry.

Dion’s love for wildlife and conservation led him to volunteer at the Kyabram Fauna Park in March 2021, where he contributed his time and skills to protect and care for animals. His passion for environmental causes extended globally when he became an International Wildlife Volunteer in Costa Rica from January 2020 to February 2020, where he actively participated in wildlife conservation efforts abroad.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dion maintains an active and engaging lifestyle. He is a football enthusiast and plays for the Clunes football team, showcasing his dedication to team sports. Hailing from Boort, Victoria, Dion’s connection to his hometown roots adds to his down-to-earth nature and understanding of regional environmental challenges.

Dion’s academic journey is equally impressive. In 2021, he graduated with a Bachelor of Environmental Science, with a major in Marine Biology. His academic pursuits align perfectly with his love for the marine environment and further contribute to his expertise in the field of environmental conservation.

With a genuine passion for the environment and a wealth of experiences both professionally and personally, Dion brings a unique perspective and dedication to every project he undertakes. His commitment to sustainability and conservation aligns seamlessly with Scaada’s  mission, making him an invaluable part of our team as we work together to create a greener and more environmentally conscious future.

Meg Matthews

Introducing Meg, our exceptional Environmental Consultant here at Scaada! Armed with a Bachelor of Science with a major in Animal Biology, Meg’s diversity and ability to get the job done makes her an excellent and adaptable asset to our team.

With her keen eye for detail and a passion for environmental preservation, Meg has been an integral part of various projects during her time at SCAADA. Her work experiences encompass an impressive array of skills, including soil testing, soil analysis, site assessments, and soil categorization. Meg’s expertise also extends to dust monitoring, where she has conducted dust sampling and assessment for projects such as Boral.

Additionally, she excels in water sampling and assessment, particularly in surface water management and monitoring of water quality at Deanside. Meg is well-versed in conducting Australian Drinking Water Guideline sampling, analysis, and assessment.

Furthermore, her involvement in environmental monitoring and management plans, such as the OEMP (Onsite Environmental Management Plan) and CEMP (Construction Environmental Management Plan) at Doone Landfill, showcases her commitment to keeping a project running environmentally friendly and management correctly.

Meg is also a qualified asbestos fibre counter, demonstrating her proficiency in conducting asbestos sampling, air monitoring, and clearances – a crucial skill for ensuring safety and compliance in various environmental settings.

Beyond her professional achievements, Meg’s life experiences further enrich her character. She has honed her passion for animals through a placement at Kardinia vet clinic, which speaks to her caring and compassionate nature. Her expertise extends even further, having minored in organic chemistry during her academic journey.

In her spare time, Meg finds joy in netball, boxing and other sports and has recently taken on the role of a netball coach, highlighting her dedication to teamwork and community engagement.

Slaed Norris

Introducing Slaed, our talented Environmental Consultant at Scaada, who joined our team in April 2023. With a wealth of experience and expertise, Slaed is a key player in our mission to promote environmental sustainability and safety.

Before joining Scaada, Slaed held the position of a HAZMAT Consultant from December 2019 to April 2023. During this time, he showcased his proficiency conducting Division 5 and Division 6 Audits and assessing and identifying various hazardous materials including asbestos, SMF (Synthetic Mineral Fibers), PCBs (Polychlorinated Biphenyls), CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons), and Lead based products, conducting air monitoring for both occupational and para-occupational settings, performing visual clearances, and providing site-specific advice to ensure compliance and safety.

As a testament to his dedication to quality and professionalism, Slaed has been a NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities) Approved Counter since mid-2020. This accomplishment further enhances his credibility and expertise in the field.

Slaed’s capabilities are not limited to hazardous materials; he is versed in creating noise maps and conducting various soil assessments, including Preliminary Site Investigations), Environmental Site Assessments and Waste Categorisations. Slaed’s academic journey is equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Environmental Management and Sustainability). His theoretical knowledge combined with his practical experience makes him a well-rounded and capable consultant.

Ben Davis

Introducing Ben Davis, our dedicated Occupational Hygiene Technician at Scaada. With a recent academic milestone and a strong commitment to his role, Ben brings a fresh perspective and unwavering dedication to our team.

Ben completed his Bachelor of Biomedical Science in October 2022, demonstrating his passion for the field and his commitment to continuous learning. Since joining Scaada Environmental, he has been a key asset, primarily serving as a building assessor and hygienist for the ERV 2022 Victorian Flood Recovery project. Beyond that, Ben has lent his expertise to various other projects, including the Regional Rail Revival project, all while managing day-to-day occupational hygiene tasks with precision.

Clients appreciate Ben’s dedication and meticulous approach to his work, as he consistently delivers value through his thorough and efficient assessments. His friendly and approachable personality adds an extra layer of comfort and trust, making him a reliable and valuable member of the Scaada team.

Rory Crosbie

Meet Rory, our dedicated Laboratory Assistant, whose commitment to safety and environmental health makes him an invaluable member of our team.

Rory’s expertise extends to various disaster recovery efforts, including the 2022 South Eastern Australia Floods. During these challenging times, Rory played a vital role in conducting asbestos works at the Mt Scobie Resource Recovery Centre in Kyabram and The Skye Caravan Park in Murchison East in collaboration with Sycle. Additionally, he collaborated with Johns Lyng Group to conduct building assessments and asbestos works, ensuring the safety and well-being of affected communities.

In the realm of dust management, Rory has collaborated with industry leaders such as Boral and Sycle, showcasing his proficiency in sampling, monitoring, and assessing dust levels. His meticulous approach ensures that potential hazards are identified and mitigated effectively.

As an expert in asbestos works, Rory has demonstrated his skills across Victoria, encompassing asbestos identification, air monitoring, and issuing clearances. His expertise extends to working with Symal, where he was involved in the Department of Environment Depot construction in Mt Rowan, successfully ensuring compliance and safety.

Rory’s dedication to safety and environmental health is not limited to specific industries. He is also a certified Rail Industry Worker, highlighting his commitment to ensuring safety in the rail sector.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Rory’s relevant background in Horticulture Maintenance as part of Melton Council’s maintenance team adds to his practical experience and understanding of environmental considerations.
